TakaraBug is the artist name and identity of Venice Bailey, a Wasian (Japanese/White) digital artist based in Central Oregon. Focusing on round shapes, fun colors, and unique shading, TakaraBug seeks to create art that endears and engages the viewer.
Bailey will graduate in June 2026 with a BA in Arts, Media, and Technology at OSU-Cascades, along with a minor in Asian Languages and Cultures (Japanese focus.) Bailey has shown in multiple shows in the Central Oregon area, showcasing both 2D and 3D works. They also participated in the 2025 edition of Art Fight, walking away with a win.
The next show Bailey will be at is their Capstone showcase at Scalehouse Gallery.
